Our clinical experience as health coaches has shown us that patients who put in the work, get results. It isn’t expensive supplements, elaborate protocols, or reliance on herbs that lead to results; it is hard work, consistency, and a whole foods diet. Goal setting, accountability, education, and support are the missing links in today’s holistic health realm.

Many functional and holistic practitioners operate with the same mindset as allopathic doctors by relying on supplements and herbs. We are tired of seeing patients with good intentions waste time and money taking countless products thinking it will make up for bad habits.

We believe in “tough love” and not letting excuses work their way into our conversations. Nobody is perfect, but that does not mean you can try your best to try new things and establish new habits.

Matt Kinneberg's life took a transformative turn after serving four years in the Marines as an artilleryman. His time spent on the Navajo reservation with family not only provided a deep connection to his ancestral roots but also led him to regain his health through traditional perspectives and healing methods. Disheartened by the limitations of conventional medicine for his own health conditions, Matt turned to comprehensive lab testing with functional doctors. This approach, focusing on lifestyle adjustments and supplements rather than drugs, provided him with the answers he sought.

Motivated by his personal healing journey, Matt embarked on a new path by pursuing a degree in Integrative Healthcare. Later, he earned a master's degree in healthcare administration, equipping himself with the knowledge and skills to drive change within the healthcare system. His vision is to advocate for a paradigm shift, transforming the healthcare model from a profit-driven, drug-based system to a holistic and functional approach.

With unwavering determination, Matt's ultimate goal is to promote a healthcare system that emphasizes preventive measures and addresses the root causes of illness. He aims to empower individuals to take charge of their own well-being, fostering a society where health and wellness are accessible to all. Through his unique combination of military discipline, ancestral wisdom, and expertise in healthcare administration, Matt strives to make a lasting impact in creating a more compassionate and holistic healthcare landscape.

Ben’s journey has been a fusion of service, strength, and an unyielding pursuit of wellness. A proud Marine Corps veteran, he transitioned his commitment to personal excellence into the realm of health and fitness.

As a seasoned personal trainer, he’s empowered countless individuals to unlock their physical potential, fostering strength in their bodies and help individuals excel to their fullest potential.

Yet, his quest for deeper understanding and a profound personal transformation led him into the world of functional medicine.

Driven by a desire to delve into the intricacies of overall health, he embarked on a journey to explore the body's capabilities through natural process and providing the best lifestyle practices.

Now, as a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Person (CFNIP), Certified Precision Nutrition Sleep Coach and Quantum Hypnosis Therapist; he has merge his background in the military's rigor, expertise as a personal trainer, and insights from functional medicine coaching, to guide individuals on a comprehensive path toward wellness by addressing the interconnected elements that define true well-being.
