Adding quality muscle mass requires the mindset of a bear.

Are you a hardgainer?

If you have difficulty adding strength or lean mass to your frame, its time to get into Bear Mode. This means no intermittent fasting, skipping meals, or not eating because your not hungry. It also doesn’t mean stuffing yourself until you are uncomfortably full. It means prioritizing an excess of healthy, whole foods, reducing stress, sleeping, and lifting heavy weights.

If you have not progressed in the weight room, stop doing the same thing. It’s time to switch it up and start making real gains. Ditch the machines and learn how to squat, deadlift, bench, and overhead press. Swap out lat pulldowns for weighted pull-ups and machine flyes for dips.

  • Bears must consume more energy than than they burn on a daily basis. Some fat gain will occur, but can be minimized with clean eating

  • Bears sprint to chase down prey, climb trees, and walk miles per day. No uncessary cardio as it will only take away from muscle building.

  • Bears require a high amount of sleep in order to optimize hormone production and muscle growth. No late nights or partying. Sleep in as much as possible and take naps if your schedule allows.
